Hi, and welcome to my little corner of the internet. My name is Heather Sage and this site is a simple little offering of my heart.

Life has given me many labels throughout the years: writer, yoga teacher, university professor, spiritual director, author, conscious breath and embodiment educator, digital media professional, brand marketer, mom, wife, HSP, empath, INFJ and more, and while the blog portion of this site may speak through some of those lenses, it’s not meant to highlight any of them specifically.

I see this site as an outlet for my process as a human; I write about things I love and am pondering or passionate about. This blog is simply a reflection of the journey of my ‘one, wild and precious life.’ Embodiment is the topic that is alive in me right now — it has been for several years now — so a lot of posts speak this this, as well as nature reflections, spirituality, contemplative teachings, breath, non-duality and more … As Walt Whitman said, “I contain multitudes;” we all do!
